Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No you don't - most of the people that sign up to the '4 Week Fundamentals Programme' haven't done any strength training before, so come and try it out!

What equipment do I need to bring?

Turn up to your sessions in some gym clothing and some water! We have all the gym equipment ready and waiting for you to use in the gym.

How long are training sessions?

We aim for 45 minutes with a 15 minute change over period between sessions.

What time are training sessions?

Training sessions run from 6 until 11 in the morning and 4 till 8 at night, each starting on the hour.
