What does it cost?

I’m not fit - will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. We specialise in working with beginners and women over 40. Every session is adjusted to your level, with coaching support throughout.

What if I miss a session?

No problem. You can reschedule easily through our app. We’ll help you stay on track without the guilt.

Do I need equipment?

All sessions take place in our Heathersett facility. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.

Do you work with people who have injuries or joint pain?

Yes. Many of our members come to us with back, knee or shoulder pain. We focus on safe, supportive movement to help you get stronger without making things worse.
