From the moment I saw George’s Facebook ad, looking for busy women, over 30 wanting to get fit and my subsequent phone call with him, I have never looked back!

Having never been a member of a gym or worked with a PT before, I was nervous as to how I would feel, working out in front of other people, whether I would be able to lift weights and whether I would stick at it!

I had become very overweight and unfit, was perimenopausal, and needed to make a change. When I met George, I immediately felt at ease. He is so positive, enthusiastic and encouraging, has a great sense of humour, listens, takes care and note of injuries and is always ready with advice and support.

Not only have I lost weight and gained significant strength whilst working with George, I have met lots of wonderful training buddies and of course, George’s gorgeous dog, Nala.

George is clearly an excellent PT who is passionate about health and fitness, but most of all, he is passionate about helping people.

I can’t recommend George highly enough; if you are thinking about working with a PT, George is your man!
